“I want to prove to myself that I’m capable to act, that I have the skills, or at least have the opportunity to show it and not just somebody na (bigla na lang lumabas),” declared new actor Ivan Rivera.
At 21, Jonathan Ivan Rivera has been part of the 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival short film entry “Balita,” which was featured along with the award-winning full-length “Rainbow’s Sunset” by Joel Lamangan. He was also part of stage play “Laro,” written by Floy Quintos and directed by John Mark Yap.
This coming Nov. 11 to 22, Ivan will be part of “Romeo and Juliet” as Tybalt. The play will be directed by Ana Valdez Lim and Erwin Gaspar.
Ivan will be also a part of a show on the Knowledge Channel in ABS-CBN soon.
