Dr. Rica Cruz, a sex therapist and media personality who is the former Metro.Style love and relationships section editor and host of the “The Sexy Minds” and “Conservative Ako” podcasts, which will feature special guest experts and personalities
Doc Rica isn’t scared to speak openly about difficult topics. Her specialty is in Filipino sexual habits, with a focus on pleasure and relationship fulfillment. She also feels that sexual empowerment is sexier than sex for Filipinos.
The former Metro section editor was also a featured speaker in the Sex and Cocktails segment of last May’s popular Metro MomCon, hosted by Delamar Arias.
